Scott Gemberling President & CEO

Scott Gemberling - President & CEO    Scott is a founding member of the EMERGE team and has enjoyed a distinguished career servicing customer supply chain needs. Prior to EMERGE, Scott has created and run several multimillion-dollar service businesses  focused entirely on one principal — customer satisfaction.  Scott has devoted his career to the logistics, public warehousing and transportation industry.   Scott knows SUPPLY CHAIN.  Scott Gemberling is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and later received an MBA from the University of Chicago. After service in the Army as an officer and helicopter pilot, Scott enjoyed a distinguished career in logistics - first as a Project Engineer, Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager and, ultimately, Vice President of Operations. He has managed distribution in ship, barge, rail and truck transportation and has extensive experience in packaging and warehousing. Holding critical positions in engineering, operations, sales and executive management, Scott has the experience and knowledge necessary to lead an impressive team of experts to develop and operate a superior logistics chain for your business needs.

John Litus Vice President & CIO

John is a founding member of the EMERGE team and has enjoyed a distinguished career servicing customer supply chain needs. John has over 20 years experience in the logistics, public warehousing and transportation industry. Throughout his career, John has focused on satisfying customer requirements.  John Litus received a B.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. After working briefly as a research engineer, John moved into the logistics industry. John has over 20 years experience in both operations and information technology holding various positions up to Director of Information Technology. He has designed and implemented information systems to manage product movements and inventories, invoice customers and provide Internet access to information. Holding critical positions in operations and information technology, John has the experience and knowledge necessary to lead an impressive team of experts to develop and operate a superior logistics chain for your business needs.
